Charism Inventory Tool (BJYT014)

Charism Inventory Tool

Here is a JY-Style Charism Inventory Tool designed specifically for Jesus Youth (JY) Group Members in a U.S. region. It’s crafted in a warm, practical, and relational tone, rooted in prayer and mission, and intended for use in fellowship settings, retreats, or small group/ household growth moments.

Discovering How the Spirit Moves in You

“To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” – 1 Cor 12:7

πŸ”Ή HOW TO USE THIS TOOL

This is not a test. It’s a prayerful conversation with yourself, your community, and the Holy Spirit.

• Set aside 20–30 minutes of quiet time.

• Pray before you begin: “Holy Spirit, show me how You’ve shaped me for mission.”

• Read through each charism area and respond honestly.

• Afterward, take time to reflect with your household or mentor.

πŸ”Έ PART 1: SPIRITUAL CHARISMS

These gifts help build people up spiritually and draw them closer to Christ.

Check all that apply or resonate with you personally:

⬜ I enjoy leading or animating prayer.

⬜ I’m drawn to intercession and often pray intentionally for others.

⬜ I sense when someone needs encouragement or healing and try to reach out.

⬜ I feel boldness in sharing God’s Word or a personal message during prayer.

⬜ I feel peace and purpose in Eucharistic Adoration or offering spiritual accompaniment.

⬜ I have prayed with others and sensed the Holy Spirit acting through it.

⬜ I sometimes receive insight or words of wisdom while praying.

Write one example when you felt God used you spiritually:
