It’s crafted in a warm, practical, and relational tone, rooted in prayer and mission, and intended for use in fellowship settings, retreats, or small group/ household growth moments.

🔹 HOW TO USE THIS TOOL

This is not a test. It’s a prayerful conversation with yourself, your community, and the Holy Spirit.

• Set aside 20–30 minutes of quiet time.

• Pray before you begin: “Holy Spirit, show me how You’ve shaped me for mission.”

• Read through each charism area and respond honestly.

• Afterward, take time to reflect with your household or mentor.


🔸 PART 1: SPIRITUAL CHARISMS


These gifts help build people up spiritually and draw them closer to Christ.

On one occasion, a boy called Roberto slapped a smaller boy during a game of football. It was a serious matter, but rather than punishing him I thought up a different lesson. I told him to meet me in a classroom on a particular day at a particular time.  When he arrived, he found ten of his classmates sitting in a circle with me. I asked him to tell them all what had happened, and to give his reasons for what he had done.
